Audit Logs

Track all changes and activities in your Siggly organization.

What Are Audit Logs?

Audit logs record every significant action:

  • Who did what
  • When it happened
  • What changed
  • IP address and device info

Accessing Audit Logs

  1. Go to SettingsAudit Logs
  2. View the activity timeline
  3. Filter and search as needed

Note: Audit logs are available on Professional and Enterprise plans.

What Gets Logged

User Actions

  • Login/logout events
  • Password changes
  • Profile updates
  • Role changes

Template Actions

  • Template created
  • Template edited
  • Template deleted
  • Template deployed

Team Actions

  • User invited
  • User removed
  • Role changed
  • Department assigned

Integration Actions

  • Provider connected
  • Provider disconnected
  • Sync completed
  • Sync failed

Settings Changes

  • Organization settings updated
  • Billing changes
  • Security settings modified

Reading Audit Logs

Each log entry shows:

  • Timestamp - When it happened
  • User - Who performed the action
  • Action - What was done
  • Target - What was affected
  • Details - Additional context
  • IP Address - Where it came from

Filtering Logs

By Date

  1. Click Date Range
  2. Select start and end dates
  3. Apply filter

By User

  1. Click User
  2. Select one or more users
  3. Apply filter

By Action Type

  1. Click Action
  2. Select action categories
  3. Apply filter

Search

Type keywords to search across all log entries.

Exporting Audit Logs

  1. Set your desired filters
  2. Click Export
  3. Choose format (CSV or PDF)
  4. Download the file

Retention Policy

  • Professional plan: 90 days
  • Enterprise plan: 1 year (or custom)

Logs older than retention period are automatically deleted.

Review user activities and permissions.

Best Practices

  • Review logs regularly (weekly recommended)
  • Investigate unusual activities promptly
  • Export logs before retention expiry
  • Use logs for security incident response
  • Train admins on log interpretation
