Last updated February 9, 2026
Schedule signature campaigns to run during specific date ranges.
What Is Campaign Scheduling?
Campaign scheduling lets you:
- Automatically activate promotional banners on a start date
- Automatically deactivate them on an end date
- Plan campaigns weeks or months in advance
- Run seasonal or event-based promotions
Creating a Scheduled Campaign
Step 1: Create Your Campaign Banner
- Go to Campaigns → Create Campaign
- Upload your banner image
- Set the click-through URL
- Add tracking parameters (optional)
Step 2: Set the Schedule
- In the campaign editor, find Schedule
- Set Start Date - When the banner appears
- Set End Date - When the banner disappears
- Choose timezone for accuracy
- Save the campaign
Step 3: Assign to Templates
- Go to Templates
- Edit the template(s) that should show this campaign
- Add a Campaign Block
- Select your scheduled campaign
- Save the template
How Scheduling Works
- Before start date: Banner doesn't appear in signatures
- During campaign: Banner is visible in all deployed signatures
- After end date: Banner automatically removed
No redeployment needed - changes happen automatically!
