Check deployment status in the Team section:
- ✅ Deployed - Signature successfully applied
- ⏳ Pending - Deployment in progress
- ❌ Failed - Check error message for details
Troubleshooting
Signature not appearing:

- Try redeploying to that specific user
Wrong information showing:
- Update the user's profile data in Team settings
- Redeploy the signature
Best Practices

- Schedule deployments during off-hours
- Communicate changes to your team beforehand
- Keep a backup of previous templates
