Does the Salesforce integration support Salesforce Lightning and Classic?
Yes. Siggly works with both Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic. The connected app is installed through Setup and operates identically in both interfaces.
How often does Siggly sync data from Salesforce?
By default, syncs occur every 15 minutes. You can also trigger an immediate sync from the Siggly dashboard or configure webhook-based real-time updates on supported Salesforce editions.
Can I use custom Salesforce fields in my signatures?
Absolutely. During field mapping you can select any standard or custom field on the User, Contact, or Lead objects to populate signature placeholders.
Is the integration secure?
Siggly uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication and never stores Salesforce passwords. All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.2+ and at rest with AES-256 encryption.
What Salesforce editions are supported?
The integration is available on Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions. Essentials edition is not supported due to API limitations.
