Schedule, Preview, and Deploy with Confidence

Date & Time Scheduling

Set the exact date and time for signature updates to go live, down to the minute, in any timezone.

Pre-Deploy Preview

Preview exactly what the new signature will look like before the scheduled deployment goes live.

Automatic Rollback

Set an end date to automatically revert signatures to the previous version after a campaign ends.

Timezone Awareness

Deploy at the right local time for each office. A 9 AM launch means 9 AM in every timezone you choose.

Staged Rollouts

Deploy to a pilot group first, then gradually roll out to the rest of the organization on a schedule.

How Scheduled Deployments Work

1

Prepare Your Update

Create or modify a signature template with all the changes you want to deploy. Save it as a draft.

2

Set the Schedule

Choose the deployment date, time, and timezone. Optionally set an end date for automatic rollback.

3

Sit Back and Relax

Siggly deploys the update at the scheduled time. No manual intervention needed. Monitor the rollout in real time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I schedule multiple deployments in advance?
Yes. You can queue up as many scheduled deployments as you need. They execute in chronological order, and you can see the full schedule in the deployment timeline view.
What happens if I need to cancel a scheduled deployment?
You can cancel any pending deployment at any time before its scheduled execution. Simply find it in the deployment queue and click cancel.
Can I roll out changes gradually instead of all at once?
Yes. Staged rollouts let you deploy to a percentage of users first, monitor for issues, and then expand to the full organization on a set schedule.
Does the rollback feature require any manual steps?
No. When you set an end date during scheduling, the rollback happens automatically. Signatures revert to the previous version at the specified time.
