Frequently Asked Questions

Does Siggly work with Microsoft Entra ID (the new name for Azure AD)?
Yes. Siggly fully supports Microsoft Entra ID. The integration uses the same Microsoft Graph APIs regardless of branding changes.
Can I sync custom Azure AD extension attributes?
Yes. Any extension attributes defined on user objects in Azure AD can be mapped to signature placeholders during the field mapping step.
How does the integration handle hybrid environments?
Siggly reads from Azure AD, so any attributes synced from on-premises Active Directory via Azure AD Connect are automatically available.
Is Global Admin required to set up the integration?
No. An Application Administrator or Cloud Application Administrator role is sufficient to consent to the required API permissions.
What data does Siggly access from Azure AD?
Siggly requests read-only access to user profiles (name, title, department, phone, photo) and group memberships. It never accesses email content or calendar data.
