Does the integration work with Freshdesk Omnichannel?
The signature integration applies to email-based ticket replies. Chat, phone, and social channels in Omnichannel are not affected.
Can different agent groups have different signatures?
Yes. You can map Freshdesk groups to different Siggly templates so billing agents, technical support, and general inquiries each have distinct signatures.
Will signatures be added to internal notes?
By default, signatures are only added to customer-facing replies. You can optionally enable them for internal notes in the Siggly settings.
Does Siggly support Freshdesk Mint and Classic?
Yes. The integration uses the Freshdesk REST API, which is compatible with both the Mint and Classic agent interfaces.
