Why Teams Migrate from Templafy
Purpose-Built for Signatures
Templafy treats signatures as one feature among many. Siggly is 100% focused on email signatures, which means deeper functionality and faster innovation.
Superior Template Editor
Siggly's drag-and-drop editor offers more design control than Templafy's signature module, including conditional content and dynamic banners.
Signature-Specific Analytics
Track clicks, impressions, and campaign performance with dashboards built specifically for email signature metrics.
Lower Total Cost
Stop paying for a full document management platform just for signatures. Siggly costs a fraction of Templafy's per-user price.
Step-by-Step Migration from Templafy
Extract Signature Configuration
In Templafy's admin panel, navigate to the Email Signature section. Copy the template HTML and note any dynamic field mappings tied to Azure AD attributes.
Download Brand Assets
Export logos, banners, and social icons from Templafy's asset library. These will be uploaded to Siggly.
Set Up Siggly Workspace
Create your Siggly account and connect to Azure AD or Google Workspace. Verify user sync and attribute mapping.
Rebuild Signatures in Siggly
Import your template HTML or build fresh designs in the drag-and-drop editor. Map dynamic fields to the same directory attributes Templafy used.
Pilot Deployment
Deploy Siggly to a pilot group and validate signatures across all email clients. Compare rendering with your current Templafy signatures.
Disable Templafy Signatures & Go Live
Turn off the Email Signature module in Templafy's admin settings. Deploy Siggly to all users. You can keep Templafy for document management if needed.
Key Considerations for Templafy Migrations
Many organizations use Templafy primarily for document templates (PowerPoint, Word) and only secondarily for email signatures. If that describes your situation, you can migrate signatures to Siggly while keeping Templafy for documents — the two tools do not conflict.
Templafy's signature module uses Outlook add-in deployment in many configurations. When you disable it, confirm that the add-in is removed from users' Outlook clients to prevent confusion. Use the Microsoft 365 admin center to manage add-in deployment centrally.
If your Templafy contract bundles signatures with document management, check whether removing the signature module affects your pricing. Some organizations negotiate a reduced rate for document-only access.
"We were paying enterprise Templafy prices mostly for email signatures. Siggly gave us better signature tools at a fifth of the cost, and we kept Templafy just for document templates."
