JumpCloud Integration

Directory-Powered Signatures with JumpCloud

Leverage JumpCloud as your identity backbone for email signatures. User attributes, group memberships, and device policies all feed into Siggly for consistent, secure signature management.

JumpCloud + Siggly Capabilities

SAML SSO

Authenticate Siggly users through JumpCloud SSO. One set of credentials, one login experience, no separate password.

SCIM User Provisioning

Automatically create, update, and deactivate Siggly accounts based on JumpCloud user lifecycle events.

Group-Based Templates

Assign signature templates based on JumpCloud user groups. Engineering, sales, and support each get the right design automatically.

Directory Attribute Mapping

Map JumpCloud custom attributes to signature fields. Job title, phone, location, and any custom attribute flow into templates in real time.

Device-Aware Context

Optionally tailor signature formats based on JumpCloud device policies, distinguishing between managed corporate devices and BYOD.

Why JumpCloud Users Choose Siggly

Zero-Trust Compatible

Siggly respects JumpCloud conditional access policies, ensuring signature admin access follows your zero-trust security model.

Cloud-Native Architecture

Both JumpCloud and Siggly are cloud-native, so there are no on-premises dependencies or VPN requirements for the integration.

MFA Enforcement

JumpCloud MFA policies carry through to Siggly, adding an extra layer of security for signature management actions.

"JumpCloud is our directory for everything. Having Siggly pull user data and group memberships from JumpCloud means we never have to manage signature data separately."

Dmitri Volkov

IT Director, Northpoint Freight

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Siggly appear in the JumpCloud SSO portal?
Yes. Once configured, Siggly appears as an application tile in the JumpCloud user portal for single-click access.
Can I use JumpCloud LDAP with Siggly?
Siggly supports JumpCloud Cloud LDAP for directory queries. This is useful for organizations that prefer LDAP-based attribute lookups over SCIM.
What happens when a user is suspended in JumpCloud?
Suspended users are automatically deactivated in Siggly. Their signature is removed from active deployment and can be restored if the account is reactivated.
Are JumpCloud system groups supported?
Siggly currently supports JumpCloud user groups for template assignment. System groups and device groups are on the roadmap for a future release.
